This is a story about a woman who returned home at two o’clock in the afternoon to find her apartment ransacked and approximately $8000 in cash and all of her jewelry stolen. She had the cash hidden away in a dresser and a suitcase.

When I see stories like this, I really wonder about the wisdom of people hiding that amount of money and jewelry in their apartment without having a safe.

This Home Security Safe can withstand the ravages of a fire for two hours and weighs 354 pounds with interior measurements of 21″ x 15″ x 13″ and 2.36 ft.³ of storage space. It has a vertical locking bad to prevent burglary and tri spoke handle with two chrome plated steel active locking bolts and a heavy duty vault hinge. This type of safe may not keep out all burglars but it’s certainly better than hiding cash in a suitcase.

Check out all of our selection of close to 200 Safes one of which is bound to meet your security needs.
