Sexual harassment is “unwelcome verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature that is severe or pervasive and affects working conditions or creates a hostile work environment.”

Bullying is “a form of aggressive behavior manifested by the use of force or coercion to affect others, particularly when the behavior is habitual and involves an imbalance of power.” It can be manifested in physical, verbal or emotional ways.

Bullying can be a way to curry sexual favor from a subordinate so the it can be closely related to sexual harassment.
